Order Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the item has been shipped or produced.
If your cancellation request is approved in time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your outdoor seating product, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 45 days of receiving your item

  • Condition: Item must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required

  • Shipping Cost: Customers will only be charged once for return shipping; no restocking fees will apply
